AB0866 Women spondyloarthritis: epidemiological, clinical and paraclinical characteristics

Background Spondyloarthritis (SPA) is a chronic inflammatory rheumatism characterized by sacroiliitis and spinal involvement, affecting both genders but more frequent in males. Objectives The aim of this study to analyze the epidemiological, clinical paraclinical characteristics women. Methods Retrospective included 333 patients followed up for SPA at Rheumatology Department between 2004 2021. Results Our involved 153 women 180 men. In female population, mean age was 45.1 years, 12.4% had high blood pressure, 4.8% psychiatric comorbidity none were smokers, versus 36.4 5% pressure’s patients, 1.7% having psychic 25% smokers male with SPA. onset symptoms 36.5 years 28 men (p =0.001).
